Relevant Project Experience
Sterling Land Survey's experience includes a broad range of projects from the layout of an 11,000 mile-long high KV line in the heart of the Congo (Zaire, Africa); to a modular home layout of a single lot owning in Vail, Az and everything in between.

Boundary and property are at the heart of the surveyor and land owner a like. Sterling prides itself to this end exhibiting professionalism and sound judgment on projects such as a 17-parcel breakdown belonging to the Howard Hughes' estate; a 3-section planned community in southwest Tucson (Midvale park), a 15-section breakdown in the Tortollita Mountain Range.

Construction staking layout our world's infrastructure. Our past projects builds a level of confidence that your project will be constructed properly. Sterling Land Survey oversaw and lead the efforts of the survey layout for the I-19 and Valenica Road  interchange and the I-10 frontage roads from Sunrise to Ina Road as part of the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) interstate highway system. From bridges to golf courses: we have lead the staking efforts on some of the southwests most enjoyable and recognized courses: La Paloma Golf course (Tucson, AZ), Arizona National Golf Club (formerly The Raven; Tucson, AZ), Star Pass (Tucson, AZ), Cielo at Los Lagos (Ft. Mohave/Bullhead City, AZ).

Sterling Land Survey will leverage its project experience and apply time tested survey practices with the latest in technological advances applied properly to your project.
