Mr. Laird started Sterling Land Survey, LLC in 2001 for the purpose of
offering direct, customized professional land surveying and consulting
services. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in General
from Eastern Arizona Junior College and is a Registered Land Survey in
Arizona (1985, R.L.S. # 18547). Mr. Laird’s knowledge of and
dedication to his chosen field has lead him to become one of the most
respected survey professionals in the greater Tucson arena.
A land surveyor since 1971, Mr. Laird offers 33 years of surveying
expertise in Tucson, southern Arizona and Nevada, in addition to an
overseas assignment in the heart of the African Congo. His scope of
project services include: consulting services, expert witness
testimony, survey and construction layout and staking for resort,
commercial and residential developments, roadways, sewage and water
lines, bridges, and Indian reservation boundaries.
Mr. Laird has worked for several highly regarded firms
& Cole, Lewis & York, Dooley-Jones & Assoc,
Collins-Pina Consulting Engineers and Supervisor of Field Services for
Engineering Company and RS Engineering. A year after Rick Engineering
Company, a highly regarded San Diego based engineering and surveying
firm opened its Tucson office, Pat joined their staff and built
the surveying department from the ground up into one of the most respected
surveying practices in southern Arizona.
Land Survey has expanded their service area to include the
Colorado River Valley - Bullhead City, Ft. Mohave, AZ / Laughlin, NV as
part of their services offered.
